Xiaomi sues a media account for compensation of 5 million, with the actual controller allegedly being NIO's Li Bin? Insiders: Fake
Xiaomi’s legal department announced that the self-media account “AutoReport Car Industry” was found to have infringed and was ordered to pay Xiaomi 5 million yuan. The account’s verified entity is Beijing Yiche Interactive Advertising Co., Ltd., and online information suggests that its actual controller is NIO founder Li Bin. Insiders familiar with the matter stated that the account involved in the lawsuit is 100% controlled by Beijing Yiche Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Li Bin had transferred all relevant shares in 2020, having no connection to the account involved. Insiders also mentioned that the actual controller of Yiche is no longer Li Bin, and the circulating shareholding information online reflects changes under the VIE structure that have not been updated.
