When a person understands the true rules behind interpersonal relationships and social operations, their original belief system supporting the self may collapse, leading to temporary self-isolation, silence, or even muteness. This is not incompetence or loneliness, but a process of psychological self-protection and rebuilding. The old structures disintegrate to make room for a more authentic and resilient self to grow. During this stage, allowing yourself to temporarily be out of sync, viewing withdrawal as a incubation period, and actively seeking deep and genuine connections are key to internal repair and growth. Silence and solitude are actually a necessary reformation, enabling internal order to be reestablished after seeing through superficial appearances.
