People’s Financial News, March 7 — On the morning of March 7, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress held a press conference focused on people’s livelihoods. Director of the National Health Commission, Lei Haichao, stated, “During the 14th Five-Year Plan, approximately 1,000 close-knit county medical communities will be planned and built to further strengthen the continuity of medical and health services. In particular, by using prefectures and cities as units, referral and consultation centers will be established to continuously improve the continuity of medical treatment for the public.”
