Shanghai AI Service Registration Total Rises to 149! The Global Developer Pioneer Conference 2026 is Coming Soon
Reporters learned today (the 6th) that the 2026 Global Developer Pioneer Conference will be held in Xuhui, Shanghai from March 27 to 29. The conference will follow the “1+3+50+100+N” format, including one opening ceremony, three competitions, more than 50 workshops, over 100 interactive experiences, and N carnival events.
In 2025, Shanghai gathered 394 above-scale artificial intelligence companies, with an industry scale exceeding 637 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39.5%. Since the beginning of this year, Shanghai’s AI industry has further advanced. As of February 28, Shanghai has completed the filing of 149 generative AI services, making the AI industry a key engine driving Shanghai’s GDP growth.
According to the organizers, this conference aims to make Shanghai a city of open source and openness, the fastest city for creative implementation, a city of ultimate AI applications, and a city that understands developers better. Meanwhile, under the theme “Developers, Find, Find, Find,” the conference will gather top developers worldwide to explore cutting-edge technologies and industry integration, helping Shanghai build a global AI innovation hub.
