If your whole strategy is “FAFO and YOLO” iteration, you don’t do it on your customer’s dime. That’s morally bankrupt. You don’t get to experiment with my money and treat me like a fool. I want every developer to see this clearly: Don’t be a pawn in someone else’s chess game.
