1.14 I indicated that the rebound starting from 2624 for ETH has ended, and it will enter a new downtrend. Just three weeks have passed, and ETH has already fallen by over 48%+.
Several key levels at 3400, 3045, and 2400 have been repeatedly highlighted as areas where we should not consider stopping the decline or bottoming out before mid-February. So, can we now start to bottom out?
Since January 14, ETH has been declining with almost no significant signs of stabilization, which is rare in history. Its possible future movements are shown as follows:
Red line: The weekly K-line low point this week will become a phase low, followed by an oversold rebound. The earliest the rebound could end in mid to late February, after which ETH may continue to decline to find a bottom.
Blue line: The decline from 4956 has come to an end, and the next phase is a rebound against the entire downtrend. If this pattern occurs, the rebound could last until mid-2026.
Whether the trend follows the red or blue path depends on how strong the rebound is after stabilization this week. Once the decline stops and a rebound begins, I will analyze further based on ETH’s overall structure and rebound strength. Interested friends can follow #eth $ETH .

BTC at $38,000, it's heartbreaking
But it's also the best time to enter the market. I personally think it's very reasonable. What does everyone else think?

Today, BTC has just dipped below 50K. What is the rebound about?
