Legal restrictions prevent it, and the project team also pursues compliance and legality. Don't expect large-scale mapping within ten years. Just wait and see; even if it succeeds, it has nothing to do with the Chinese-speaking region.

The harvest is in the Chinese region. Foreign countries mapped it three years ago. Now that the three-year period has ended and everything has been unlocked, they are about to spend it all. The Chinese region still hasn't reached nine green and is still stuck on KYC.
