Will Web3 change in 2025? As on-chain infrastructure capabilities continue to be unleashed and regulatory and institutional frameworks become clearer, the entire industry is undergoing a major shift.
Financial order, computing paradigms, and internet architecture—these three forces colliding at a historical crossroads—what will they bring to the Web3 ecosystem? From wallet security to cross-chain interoperability, from DeFi innovation to on-chain application deployment, every link is being reshaped.
Some say this is the last hurrah before the bubble bursts, while others see genuine infrastructure improvement. Which is it? Maybe both are right—the key is how you interpret this cycle. Infrastructure is becoming more mature, players are becoming more rational, and investors are more cautious. Rules are taking shape, and opportunities are being reshuffled.
This shift will eliminate some projects and give rise to new tracks. The next phase of Web3 is finally moving from "concept hype" to "real applications."

Basically, the big players should start clearing their positions. Those dormant wallets have been active frequently lately. I've been monitoring on-chain footprints for half a month, and several original addresses have already begun to transfer funds.
Real application? Don't make me laugh. It still depends on who can survive until next year.
Building infrastructure? Bullshit. Contract vulnerabilities still abound, just waiting for a project’s abnormal trading pattern to be exposed.
As more cautious investors appear, it indicates they’ve also sensed suspicious fund flows. Isn’t this the last arbitrage window before rules become fixed?
Where to shift? Still the same old story—continue to harvest, same soup, different spoon.
Eliminated projects? More accurately, it’s the market’s shakeout before funds bottom out. By watching which addresses are bottom-fishing, you’ll know where the real opportunities are.
Both views are correct—this is a classic case of neither offending the other. In fact, it’s just that no one truly understands the direction.

Here we go again with the "Finally, things are about to change" talk... I've heard it too many times, haha.
Where is it really applied? Why do I still see a bunch of vapor projects?

Really useful? Ha, let's talk about it later. For now, there are still a bunch of scam coins floating around.
