The summit focused on core topics such as crypto market structure, stablecoins, and real-world assets (RWAs). In an exchange with SEC Chairman Atkins, IoTeX co-founder Jing proposed that machine networks and artificial intelligence are creating a new economy. In response to crypto asset regulation, SEC Chairman Atkins sent a positive signal, stating that the vast majority of tokens, including DePIN networks and digital tools, will not be classified as securities, and ICO fundraising is expected to resume in the United States. Atkins further revealed that the SEC will advance token classification and innovative exemption mechanisms next year to provide a clearer regulatory path.
