8月13日消息，Canto于X发文表示，由于proposer优先级问题引起的不可预见的二次影响，验证者在升级到V8版本后暂停了该网络。Bharvest正在构建和测试一个状态兼容的v8.1.0升级，它将自动处理正确设置proposer优先级的问题，届时（预计需时15小时）验证者将能够在升级和部署补丁的V8Canto上继续生成区块。所有的资金都是安全的。一旦链恢复，用户将能够照常访问所有活动。昨日消息，Canto于X发文表示，Canto链目前遭遇共识问题，因此暂停运行。为解决此问题，Canto计划于8月12日20时进行系统升级。官方补充称，所有资金均安全。一旦链恢复运行，用户将能够照常访问所有活动。
