Golden Finance reported that Wen Acquisition Corp has announced the completion of its initial public offering (IPO) of 30,015,000 shares, raising approximately $300 million. The company’s shares have started trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker “WENNU”. Wen Acquisition Corp stated that its focus will be on mergers, acquisitions, share exchanges, asset acquisitions, and other areas related to fintech companies, integrating Blockchain networks into the TradFi system to empower digital assets (such as stablecoins).
