日本上市公司 Metaplanet 再次大手筆加倉比特幣，一口氣買入 5,075 枚 BTC，花費約 4.05 億美元，平均買入價約 79,822 美元。

這筆交易完成後，Metaplanet 總持倉推升至 40,177 枚 BTC，正式躍居全球第三大企業比特幣持有者，僅次於 Michael Saylor 的 Strategy（原微策略，持有超過 68 萬枚）。

從「亞洲微策略」到全球前三

Metaplanet 在 2024 年 4 月啟動比特幣購買策略，當時還只是一家日本飯店業者。不到兩年時間，它已經從零積累到超過 4 萬枚 BTC，股價曾在 12 個月內飆漲超過 4,800%。

CEO Simon Gerovich 先前設定的目標是 2026 年底前持有 10 萬枚 BTC，更長期目標則是 2027 年達到 21 萬枚（約佔比特幣總供給的 1%）。目前 40,177 枚的進度已完成年度目標的約 40%。

Metaplanet 的購買資金主要來自增資和債務工具。公司此前已設立 5 億美元信用額度，並透過賣出比特幣看跌期權等方式產生額外收益。

企業囤幣賽由 Strategy 領跑

全球企業比特幣持倉排名目前由 Michael Saylor 的 Strategy 遠遠領先，持有超過 68 萬枚 BTC。Metaplanet 以 40,177 枚擠入第三名，顯示「企業囤幣」趨勢已不再是美國公司的專利。
