在支出方面，基金会将2970万美元分配到技术、推广和治理三大领域，其中技术占40.3%，推广39.6%，治理20.1%。人员成本同比下降25%，但外包与外部服务支出显著增加。值得关注的是，Grant Thornton Switzerland首次在Cardano区块链上对基金会审计结果进行链上认证，结合传统瑞士法定审计与区块链验证，提高透明度。

报告还披露基金会金库首次支出，Cardano峰会及区域活动预算共600万枚ADA，其中280万枚用于柏林旗舰活动。未来，基金会计划聚焦现实世界资产基础设施、稳定币市场扩张及DeFi流动性，并测试链上融资运作模式。Cardano创始人Charles Hoskinson提出独立金库投资模式，支持项目在市场上购买ADA并将收益返还金库，为基金会探索链上资金循环提供早期示范。
