以色列軍人涉透過 Telegram 洩漏鐵穹機密給伊朗，獲 1,000 美元加密貨幣，在戰時當間諜恐判死刑。台灣也有中共以加密貨幣吸收國軍洩密案，凸顯新興國安挑戰。
以色列預備役軍人收取加密貨幣，當伊朗間諜
以色列警察局與國家安全局（Shin Bet）近日聯合宣布，一名鐵穹（Iron Dome）防空系統預備役軍人，因涉嫌為伊朗從事間諜活動遭起訴，他目前被指控在戰時協助敵人等罪。
調查指出，26 歲嫌犯拉茲·柯恩（Raz Cohen）與伊朗情報人員接觸約一個月。2025 年 12 月間，他向對方提供鐵穹運作方式、空軍基地與砲台位置等敏感資訊。在今年 2 月切斷聯繫前，他收取等值 1,000 美元加密貨幣。
在戰時協助敵人，將處終身監禁或死刑
起訴書指出，根據以色列法律，在戰時協助敵人可判處終身監禁或死刑。
警方詳細說明柯恩洩漏軍事機密的經過。他於 2019 至 2022 年在空軍服役，擔任鐵穹系統技術員。退伍後他續服預備役，並參與 2025 年 6 月與伊朗的戰爭。
伊朗特工在 2025 年 12 月 6 日透過 Telegram 聯繫柯恩，並提供金錢。柯恩隨後說明鐵穹系統分工，並傳送 27 個多媒體檔案展示發射程序。
**應特工要求，他提供七個空軍基地及兩個砲台精確位置，甚至外洩總統府警衛等公民聯絡資訊。**直到今年 2 月，對方使用柯恩親屬照片當頭像聯繫，他才封鎖對方並刪除軟體。

伊朗透過Telegram招募間諜，當局設監獄專區
以色列警察局與國家安全局發表聲明，警告公民切勿與敵國特工接觸。聲明強調敵國持續利用社群網路招募以色列人從事間諜活動。
據《以色列時報》報導，過去兩年已有數十名以色列人因替伊朗進行間諜活動面臨指控，許多特工皆透過 Telegram 招募當地人。
**由於起訴人數增加，以色列當局在海法的戴蒙監獄開設新分區，專門關押面臨間諜指控的嫌犯。**多數案件仍在司法程序中，目前僅一人遭定罪。
加密貨幣淪滲透工具，台灣也曾傳洩密案
類似的滲透與加密貨幣支付手法，也發生在台灣。近年中共持續滲透台灣國軍，利用加密貨幣的跨境支付的便利性，對機密保護構成新挑戰。
例如在 2024 年 9 月，橋頭地檢署偵結一案，韓姓中尉將機密文書翻拍並透過 Telegram 傳給中國人士，換取超過 8,000 顆泰達幣（$USDT）；而在 2025 年 11 月，另有一名尤姓前上尉因缺錢遭中共吸收，翻拍國軍準則、外洩現職官兵電話，獲得近 5,000 顆泰達幣。
在目前國際局勢緊張的背景下，各國政府如何加強對軍事機密的保護，並有效應對這類安全威脅，成為迫切需要解決的問題。
