Gate News 消息，3 月 25 日，投行 Mizuho 发布研报指出，在收购稳定币基础设施公司 BVNK 后，Mastercard 有望成为连接加密资产与法币体系的"网络连接器"，进一步拓展其支付生态。
分析指出，稳定币并不会削弱 Mastercard 的核心卡支付业务，反而将成为其网络的"加速器"，尤其在 B2B 跨境支付、汇款以及创作者与零工经济等领域，推动更快、更低成本、7×24 小时的资金流转。
Mizuho 维持对 Mastercard 的"跑赢大盘"评级，并给予 666 美元目标价。分析师认为，在上述新兴场景中，传统银行卡渗透率仍较低，而稳定币有望填补这一空白，同时卡支付仍将作为面向消费者的核心入口。
Mastercard 已同意以最高 18 亿美元收购 BVNK。该交易被视为其延续"网络连接器"角色的重要一步，此次将业务扩展至稳定币与法币之间的转换与结算。在监管环境逐步放宽以及 Visa、Stripe 等传统支付巨头加速布局稳定币的背景下，稳定币正成为全球支付体系的重要增长方向。
