全球最大穩定幣發行商 Tether 於 3 月 24 日宣布，已正式委託一家「四大」會計師事務所，對公司進行首次完整獨立財務審計。Tether 形容此次審計將是「金融市場史上規模最大的首次審計」，涵蓋數位資產、傳統儲備及代幣化負債等複雜組合。

從定期證明到完整審計，透明度標準大幅提升

目前業界標準為定期的「證明報告」（attestation），由會計師確認儲備資產存在，但並非完整財務審計。Tether 此次委託四大事務所進行的完整審計，範圍更廣、標準更嚴——審計過程中，事務所已對 Tether 的系統、內部控制及財務報告進行全面評估，並與廣泛的利害關係人深度溝通。

Tether 執行長 Paolo Ardoino 表示：「信任是透過行動建立的，而非承諾。這次審計代表著多年來強化系統的成果，讓 Tether 能夠達到全球金融最高標準。」

USDT 市值逾 1,840 億美元，全球用戶超 5.5 億

目前 USDT 市值已超過 1,840 億美元，全球用戶逾 5.5 億，是目前規模最大的穩定幣。Tether 財務長 Simon McWilliams（2025 年初上任）透露，審計事務所是透過競爭程序選定的，「公司已達到四大審計標準，審計將如期完成。」

儲備調整同步進行，部分上市證券將移轉

Tether 同時表示，將持續優化儲備組成，並在未來數日移轉部分上市證券。公司強調，長期以來將盈餘保留於旗下持股公司而非分配股利，以確保有充足資本支撐 USDT 穩定性，這些資源可作為額外的資產負債表彈性。

監管壓力下的主動出擊

Tether 多年來因儲備透明度問題持續遭受外界質疑，此次委託四大審計被視為在美國《GENIUS 法案》通過、穩定幣監管框架逐漸明確的背景下，主動提升合規標準的戰略舉措。完整審計報告完成後，將是 Tether 歷史上首次對外公開完整財務狀況，對整個穩定幣市場的透明度標準具有重要的示範意義。
