Gate News 消息，3 月 24 日，据 RBK 报道，俄罗斯财政部提议在《行政违法法典》中新增条款，对违规加密货币兑换商处以 70 万至 100 万卢布罚款，该法案已获政府法规制定委员会批准。根据提案，持牌加密货币兑换商若向已超出政府规定限额的非专业投资者个人居民提供数字资产交易服务，将面临上述处罚，相关负责人亦将被处以 3 万至 5 万卢布罚款，或被取消资格 1 至 2 年。目前，法案尚未明确具体违规交易类型及个人交易限额。俄罗斯央行此前于去年 12 月提出的方案中，曾建议将个人年度限额设定为 30 万卢布，但财政部表示该数字存在调整空间。此外，俄罗斯央行与财政部联合推进的加密市场监管一揽子法案还规定，只有持有银行牌照且月营业额超过 350 万卢布的金融机构，方可合法运营加密货币兑换业务。据报道，若上述修正案以现有形式获批，将于 2027 年 7 月 1 日起正式生效。
