Bitcoin Depot, nhà cung cấp ATM tiền điện tử niêm yết công khai tại Mỹ, đang chịu áp lực pháp lý gia tăng trong bối cảnh cổ phiếu giảm sâu và triển vọng doanh thu suy yếu. Ngày 9/3, cơ quan quản lý bang Connecticut đã ra lệnh tạm ngừng hoạt động, đình chỉ giấy phép chuyển tiền của công ty do vi phạm quy định, bao gồm không đáp ứng yêu cầu vốn tối thiểu, thu phí cao và hoàn tiền không đầy đủ cho nạn nhân lừa đảo.

Doanh thu năm 2025 đạt 615 triệu USD, tăng 7% nhưng lợi nhuận ròng giảm còn 5,1 triệu USD. Riêng quý IV, doanh thu giảm xuống 116 triệu USD do siết chặt quy định. Công ty dự báo doanh thu 2026 có thể giảm 30–40%.

Bitcoin Depot cũng đối mặt với các vụ kiện tại nhiều bang, bao gồm Massachusetts và Iowa. Cổ phiếu BTM đã giảm 91% kể từ đỉnh tháng 6/2025, phản ánh áp lực ngày càng lớn từ môi trường pháp lý.
