Gate News 消息，3 月 11 日，投资机构 Multicoin Capital 提出"互联网劳动力市场"（Internet Labor Markets，ILM）概念。该机构合伙人 Sengupta 表示，加密货币的下一波用户增长将来自通过工作赚取代币，而非直接购买，未来人们获得首个加密货币的方式将是通过劳动获得。
ILM 模式允许用户通过贡献工作、资源或专业知识获得代币奖励，包括数据标注、带宽共享、能源优化等任务。这一概念基于去中心化物理基础设施网络（DePIN）发展而来，但更强调主动劳动贡献。区块链基础设施使工作验证和即时结算成为可能，无需传统的发票和审批流程。
Sengupta 指出，该模式可能与人工智能深度结合，人类将在数据标注、质量判断等需要人工判断的领域与 AI 系统协作。
