Gate News 消息，3 月 7 日，美国总统特朗普于 3 月 6 日签署行政命令，旨在打击针对美国公民的网络犯罪与欺诈行为。该命令要求国务卿、财政部长、国防部长、司法部长及国土安全部长在 60 天内审查现有框架，并在 120 天内提交针对跨国犯罪组织网络犯罪活动的行动计划。
命令指示在国家协调中心内设立行动小组，负责协调联邦层面对外国跨国犯罪组织网络犯罪活动的侦测、打击与威慑工作。同时，要求司法部长在 90 天内就设立受害者恢复计划提交建议，旨在从犯罪组织追回、没收或扣押的资金中向网络欺诈受害者提供赔偿。
在国际层面，命令要求国务卿与容忍此类犯罪活动的国家交涉，可采取的措施包括：限制外国援助、定向制裁、签证限制、贸易处罚及驱逐涉事外国官员。
