PANews 3月6日消息，据Cryptopolitan报道，俄罗斯财政部正考虑推出一项新的稳定币法案，以利用其“巨大潜力”。该部表示，希望单独推出稳定币法案，而不是将稳定币与即将出台的加密货币交易所法的新规则捆绑在一起。财政部金融政策司司长Alexey Yakovlev表示，稳定币拥有“巨大潜力”，并计划在国家杜马通过禁止公民在无证平台交易加密货币的法律后，尽快着手处理稳定币的监管问题。
稳定币目前在俄罗斯法律下尚无合法地位。俄罗斯央行此前已创建了“外国数字权利”类别，可批准某些稳定币用于跨境支付。去年10月，与卢布挂钩的稳定币A7A5已获批成为首个可用于海外贸易的此类资产。
