通过此次收购，Lombard 将形成由两种比特币资产组成的产品矩阵：
BTC.b — 无许可、非托管的比特币资产，提供纯比特币敞口及跨链可组合性；
LBTC — 可生息的比特币资产，使用户在保持比特币敞口的同时获得收益。
两者结合，为机构及个人用户提供灵活的选择空间，共同推动比特币在 DeFi 领域的实际应用与金融化。
BTC.b 将全面迁移至 Lombard 的去中心化安全架构，采用与 LBTC 相同的安全和合规标准。升级后的系统将由 15 家顶级独立数字资产机构组成的去中心化联盟提供安全保障，集成 Chainlink CCIP 实现跨链桥接能力，并利用 Chainlink Proof of Reserve 实现透明储备验证——确保 1:1 原生比特币链上可验证抵押。值得注意的是，BTC.b 的合约、名称及现有集成关系将保持不变，确保平滑过渡，不会对用户或协议造成任何影响。
收购完成后，Lombard 将继续将 Avalanche 作为 BTC.b 的主要流动性枢纽，并计划在 2025 年第四季度迁移完成后，进一步扩展至 以太坊主网、Solana 和 MegaEth 等生态。同时，BTC.b 将集成进 Lombard 的 Vault 产品套件与 SDK 工具包，该工具包已被 Binance 和 Bybit 等主流平台采用。
