On March 21, Jin Ten Data reported that Kailong High-tech announced that in order to optimize its asset structure and improve asset operational efficiency, the company intends to seek authorization for the management and its authorized personnel to sell the shares of Dongli Xinke and Jingsheng Co. held by the company according to market conditions. The company holds 6.6741 million shares of Dongli Xinke, accounting for 0.48% of its total share capital; it holds 1.3157 million shares of Jingsheng Co., accounting for 2.50% of its total share capital, both of which are unrestricted circulating shares.
