The U.S. Air Force intercepted a civilian plane near Mar-a-Lago on Sunday

On March 10, the North American Air Defense Command said that U.S. Air Force fighter jets intercepted a civilian plane on Sunday local time. The plane violated temporary flight restrictions by entering a no-fly zone over President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. This is the second such incident in 48 hours, the command said. Since Trump's inauguration on Jan. 20, the agency has dealt with more than 20 such airspace violations in the region.
