Nano Labs, a NASDAQ-listed company, announced that it has entered into a share subscription protocol with certain investors to sell 913,714 shares of the company’s Class A common stock by way of private sale, with a purchase price of $6.46 per Class A common share, and a total purchase price of approximately $5.9 million for the private sale. In addition, Nano Labs also said that it has recently increased its holdings of BTC, holding a total of about 400 BTC as of February 21, 2025, with a current value of about $40 million and an average acquisition cost of about $99,500, including Money Laundering.
