Aurora: The 65,152,000 shares of company stock held by Chu Shuxia will be auctioned by the judiciary.

Jinshi Data News Jan. 24th - Auride announced that 65.152 million shares of the company’s stock (27.46% of its shares held by its concerted action persons) held by Chu Shuxia, the major shareholder holding more than 5% of the company’s shares, will be judicially auctioned with a starting price of 75.6369 million yuan, a margin of 10 million yuan, and an increase of 30,000 yuan. The auction will run from 10:00 on February 24, 2025 to 10:00 on February 25, 2025. After the auction is completed, the buyer shall undertake the corresponding performance compensation commitment obligation according to the proportion of the shares held after the acquisition. The auction involves the lock-up period of the shares until the compensation obligation is fulfilled on the day.
