Shanghai Laisi: Controlling shareholder increases its holdings by 0.35%

On January 8th, Jin10 News reported that Shanghai Leshi announced that its controlling shareholder, Haiyingkang, increased its holdings of the company's shares by 22.9338 million shares, accounting for 0.35% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding trading from January 7th to January 8th, 2025, with a total investment of 156 million yuan. Haiyingkang plans to continue to increase its holdings in the next 6 months, with a total investment of no less than 250 million yuan and no more than 500 million yuan. This increase aims to enhance investor confidence and take a positive attitude towards future development. The increase plan does not set a price range and will be conducted through centralized bidding. Haiyingkang has committed not to reduce its holdings of the company's shares during the increase period and the statutory period.
