Lebanon says it will use the Lebanese-Syrian border to assist Syrian people in returning home

Jinshi data news on December 8th, the Lebanese security department stated local time on the 8th that it will mainly use the Masna Port on the Lebanon-Syria border to assist Syrian people in transit back to their country. The Lebanese military also simultaneously opened border crossings in the Asal and Hermel areas in northeastern Lebanon. The Masna Port is the most important port between Lebanon and Syria, and it is also the closest land route connecting the two capitals. The transit point of Masna is more than 60 kilometers from the Lebanese capital Beirut and about 50 kilometers from the Syrian capital Damascus.
