Anjing Food: The company plans to issuance H shares and list on the Hong Kong United exchange

On December 2nd, Jinshi Data reported that Anjing Food announced that the board of directors of the company has approved the proposal to issue H-shares of the company and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The issuance of H-shares and listing is aimed at accelerating the internationalization strategy and overseas business layout, enhancing overseas financing capabilities, and improving overall competitiveness. The shares issued this time are ordinary shares, denominated in RMB, and the subscription is in foreign currency, with a face value of RMB 1.00 per share. The issuance method is Hong Kong public offering and international placement, and the issuance scale does not exceed 15% of the total share capital of the company after the issuance. The raised funds are intended to be used for global sales network construction, global supply chain system construction, industrial investment and mergers and acquisitions, product development and technology improvement, automation and digitization, and supplementing working capital. The company will be converted into an overseas stock limited company, and the issuance will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the H-share prospectus on a date determined by the board of directors and/or authorized personnel of the board of directors and the underwriter (or its representative).
