广电计量: plans to repurchase 200 million to 400 million shares
On October 8th, Jinshi Data announced that the State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television plans to repurchase some A-shares through centralized Bidding with its own funds or self-raised funds, with a total repurchase amount of not less than 200 million yuan and not more than 400 million yuan. The repurchase price shall not exceed 18 yuan/share. The shares will be used for the conversion of convertible bonds for future issuance by the company, and any unused shares will be cancelled. The implementation period of this repurchase is within 6 months from the date of approval by the board of directors.
