On August 29th, Jinshi Data News, Guo Mingchi, an analyst at Tianfeng International Securities, said that in the 2025 new iPhone, only the iPhone 17 Pro Max will be equipped with the following specifications: 1.12GB DRAM (the ultra-thin iPhone, iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and SE4 are all 8GB). Therefore, a stronger device-side AI can be expected to be the main selling point of the iPhone 17 Pro Max. 2. The heat dissipation specifications have been upgraded with a combination of VC (vapor chamber) and graphite sheet. The rest of the 2025 new iPhones will continue to be equipped with graphite sheets. Currently, Pro Max accounts for nearly 40% of the new machine dump, which is the most significant contribution to Apple’s revenue and profit among hardware products, allowing the Pro Max to continue its differentiation strategy of equipping the strongest specifications (not only a larger screen size than Pro).
