The Shanghai Stock Exchange stated that after the release of the “Eight Articles on the Science and Technology Innovation Board,” the number of merger and acquisition cases has significantly increased compared to the same period last year, with disclosed transaction amounts exceeding 3 billion yuan. It is expected that with the support of favourable information in policies, the activity level of industrial mergers and acquisitions on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board will continue to rise, and more mergers and acquisitions in the “hard technology” field will continue to be finalized.
