The 110 units in this batch were sold at an average price of about 171,000 yuan per square meter, which is 3,000 yuan per square meter higher than the previous batch, with a total average price of about 51.5 million yuan. The 110 units sold in this batch have attracted more than 200 potential customers, with a preliminary sales rate of 183% for the second batch, which is 13% higher than the 170% preliminary sales rate for the first batch of the second phase. Based on this, the total sales amount for this batch is expected to exceed 5.6 billion yuan.
