PANews, November 30 - According to Catenaa, the UK's Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has launched an investigation into the Crypto Assets eyewash Basis Markets. Basis Markets raised approximately $28 million through NFT sales and a crypto asset hedging fund at the end of 2021. With the support of the Metropolitan Police and West Yorkshire Police, the SFO arrested two men aged in their 30s and 40s on multiple fraud and money laundering charges. Investigators are calling for informed investors to provide information to assist with the investigation.
