Jin10 Data, November 12th: Japanese Foreign Minister Mogi Toshimitsu, who is visiting Canada to attend the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, held his first meeting with UK Foreign Secretary Cooper on the 11th local time. The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in the field of economic security. At the beginning of the talks, Mogi Toshimitsu pointed out that both Japan and the UK are major allies of the United States, and “hope to develop Japan-UK cooperation to address various issues faced by the international community.” Cooper emphasized the importance of the rule of law and free trade, expressing a willingness to promote cooperation between the two countries.
