Institutions reassess Fed's rate cut forecast for December; financial system remains unchanged.

According to a report from Jin10, Deborah Cunningham, Chief Investment Officer at Federated Hermes, stated in a report that the institution will reassess its prediction of a 25 basis point rate cut by the Fed in December, expecting government data to resume publishing soon. She added that although the longer it takes, the more the market will rely on limited outdated data, the financial system itself has not changed. The U.S. Treasury functions have not been affected, new bonds are still being auctioned, and there are no restrictions on transactions with the Fed, with the liquidity market operating smoothly.
