Golden Finance reports that Paxos stated, “During the internal transfer process, excess PYUSD was incorrectly minted. Paxos immediately identified the error and destroyed the excess PYUSD. This was an internal technical error, there is no security vulnerability, customer funds are safe, and we have resolved the root cause.”
