Abstract generation in progress

According to a report by Henley & Partners and New World Wealth, cryptocurrency has created 36 billionaires and nearly 250,000 millionaires, highlighting the rapid maturation of the trillion-dollar industry. Bitcoin plays a central role, with more than half of the ultra-rich in crypto tied to BTC. In the past year alone, Bitcoin-related assets increased by 55%, surpassing most other asset classes.

Nevertheless, the scale is still small compared to global assets: among 60 million millionaires, only 0.4% owe their wealth to cryptocurrency. However, the level of crypto adoption is increasing, with nearly 600 million people owning it, of which half hold Bitcoin.

The report also points out the challenge for governments as digital wealth can move instantly across borders. Singapore, Hong Kong, and the USA lead in infrastructure, while Monaco and the UAE stand out due to their tax advantages.
