The report also notes that employee participation in internal growth programs continues to rise: 53% of employees have participated in Gate Academy training or international rotation programs, and 22% have achieved career advancement through the 'Elite Expert Growth Path.' Gate upholds an inclusive and diverse workplace culture, receiving high recognition from 85% of employees, and this cultural atmosphere has also led to the company's employee retention rate reaching 3.2 times the industry average.
