PANews, July 21 - According to GlobeNewswire, blockchain technology company BTCS Inc. (NASDAQ: BTCS) announced that as of now, the market total value of its holdings of 55,788 Ether (ETH), cash, and other liquid assets is approximately $242 million (based on an ETH price of $3,600). Additionally, BTCS has agreed to issue approximately $10 million in convertible notes at a price of $13 per share, which is a 198% premium over the closing price on July 18. The company has raised a total of $189 million this year through its DeFi/TradFi Accretion Flywheel strategy and plans to continue expanding its ETH holdings through decentralized and traditional financial tools to enhance shareholder value.
