The lawsuit concerns the scope of the SEC's authority when it comes to regulating crypto exchanges.
The court required the parties to file a joint report within 30 days and extended all relevant deadlines by 60 days. At the same time, organizations such as the DeFi Education Fund have withdrawn their lawsuits against the IRS after Trump signed a resolution to repeal DeFi broker rules.
