BlockBeats 消息，1 月 15 日，投行 TD Cowen 将比特币财库公司 Strategy的一年期目标价从 500 美元下调至 440 美元，理由是公司持续通过普通股和优先股融资导致 比特币收益率被稀释。
TD Cowen 分析师预计，Strategy 在 2026 财年将增持约 15.5 万枚比特币（此前预期为 9 万枚），但更高的购币节奏将主要依赖股权融资，从而拉低「比特币收益率」（即每股对应比特币持有量的增幅）。分析师将 2026 财年的比特币收益率预期下调至 7.1%，明显低于此前的 8.8%，也远低于 2025 财年的 22.8%。
在近期比特币价格回调期间，Strategy 仍大幅加码购币。公司在截至 1 月 11 日的一周内发行约 680 万股普通股和 120 万股 STRC 浮息优先股，合计募资约 12.5 亿美元，几乎全部用于购买 13,627 枚比特币。TD Cowen 指出，由于融资价格接近账面水平，此举带来的比特币收益率有限，只有在比特币价格显著回升的情况下才具备合理性。
