It is reported that the proposal will upgrade the governance contract, redeploy all governance contracts, including contracts related to the ZKSYNC protocol upgrade mechanism, namely protocoleUpgradeHandler, which is responsible for executing Ethereum's protocole upgrades approved by the Token Assembly.
