Laut einer aktuellen Entwicklung hat die Thumzup Media Corporation einen Antrag auf ein öffentliches Angebot in Höhe von 200 Millionen Dollar gestellt und plant, die Einnahmen für den Erwerb von Bitcoin zu verwenden.

Die Regaleinschreibung ist eine Methode, die es den Aktionären von an der Börse notierten Unternehmen ermöglicht, ihre Anteile innerhalb eines bestimmten Zeitraums stückweise an der Börse zu verkaufen, basierend auf einem zuvor festgelegten Rahmen durch ein Prospekt. Der englische Begriff dafür ist “shelf registration” oder “shelf offering”.
