Holders of 67 and wojak's brothers, let's not torture each other anymore, I've come to terms with it myself.
To be honest, I tend to challenge myself; when I see losses in the market, I start to reflect on life. My mindset has indeed collapsed these past couple of days.
I was awakened by the earthquake at six this morning, the bed shaking like a boat, and the house creaking. After regaining my composure, I realized I was fine, and my first reaction wasn't to check the market but to rush downstairs and buy a cup of coffee that I usually wouldn't spend on—at that moment, I suddenly felt that those numbers in my account really weren't as important as life.
I understand now: cryptocurrency is essentially a digital game. Don't get carried away when you make a profit, and don't panic when you incur a loss. Give your all when it's time to fight for it, and be carefree when it's time to let go. If I gain it, it's my fortune; if I lose it, it's my fate. Keeping an open mind allows you to go further.

The earthquake shook, and it doesn't matter how much the account is losing, really.

The earthquake shook, more awake than a fall limit, haha really.

An earthquake can really wake people up, it's more effective than losing 50%.

Haha, that moment of the earthquake really makes people understand clearly; being alive is worth much more than the numbers in the account.

Even an earthquake can't shake my Holdings, but it really has shaken my outlook on life, haha.

Haha, this earthquake move is indeed remarkable, it can wake people up better than any motivational speech.
