Amid the rapid development of the AI industry, companies are paying close attention to how to build and maintain advanced AI infrastructure. At the recent Nvidia GTC AI Conference, Lambda’s Vice President of Strategy, Sam Khosroshahi, emphasized this trend and pointed out the need to overhaul existing systems to support increasingly complex workflows driven by AI applications.

Lambda is dedicated to developing AI infrastructure that supports next-generation AI applications, especially autonomous agents, using Nvidia technology. Khosroshahi explained, “We focus on optimizing infrastructure to maximize performance and conduct various tests and benchmarks through our research teams.”

During the event, Khosroshahi specifically highlighted the importance of reducing reliance on traditional copper cabling by integrating optical and photonic network solutions. He stated, “Light-speed transmission is becoming a reality,” and elaborated on how this technological shift can help fields that require processing massive amounts of data and machine learning applications.

Lambda is building gigawatt-scale campus facilities to help clients maximize the benefits of these technological innovations and accelerate their AI transformation. Khosroshahi emphasized, “In the long run, these investments will bring significant benefits to organizations willing to embrace technological change.”
