The Chinese side will firmly safeguard national interests and the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises, conducting technology export approval in accordance with laws and regulations. At the same time, the Chinese government fully respects the will of enterprises and supports them in conducting equal business negotiations based on market principles. In this meeting, both sides had candid and in-depth exchanges on TikTok and China's relevant concerns, and reached a basic framework consensus on properly resolving TikTok-related issues through cooperation, reducing investment barriers, and promoting relevant economic and trade cooperation.
