Golden Finance reports that SOS Limited, a crypto service provider listed on the New York Stock Exchange, announced that it will trade 2,142,855 shares of American Depositary Shares through a direct issuance method and has also agreed to issue and sell unregistered warrants, aiming to raise a total of $7.5 million.
