This time, 7 million shares are pledged, accounting for 9.43% of the shares directly held by Mr. Liang Yaoming, and 1.51% of the company's total share capital. After this share pledge, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Liang Yaoming and his concerted actors Ms. Yan Ting, Mr. Zeng Zhanwen, as well as Shengyu Tan, Xin Man Yu, Sheng Bo Yu, and Rui Zhi controlled by Mr. Liang Yaoming have a total pledge of 38.13 million shares, accounting for 23.11% of the total shares held by them and 8.23% of the company's total share capital.
