Foresight News reported that its system detected multiple suspicious transactions involving Upcxofficial as monitored by Cyvers Alerts. Someone appears to have gained access to addresses starting with address 0x4C, upgraded the “ProxyAdmin” contract, and performed the “withdrawByAdmin” function, resulting in the transfer of 18.4 million UPCs (worth about $70 million) from three different admin accounts. Currently, all funds remain in addresses starting with address 0xFf7, and no exchange operations have been detected. In the meantime, the Upcxofficial team has confirmed the incident, stating that “unauthorized activity has been detected”.
